Spin Welding

Spin welding is the process of joining fittings to molded parts by rotational friction. A high RPM rotating part is pressed against a stationary part, causing heat that melts the two parts together.

This process produces high quality permanent joints and hermetic seals. We offer a wide range of plastic Spin Weld attachments for post mold assembly.
