Color matched resin

Resin-

Polyethylenes are the most common material used in rotational molding, we also have many different materials to offer. Let us help guide you on which material will work best for your application.

Additives:

  • Colors - Can be colored matched
  • Flame Retardants
  • Flow Modifiers - Improve material flow on complex mold designs
  • UV Stabilizers - Protection for the effects of the sun
Inserts to meet your requirements Inserts-

We have many different insert choices in-house or can custom design inserts to fit with your project. Ask your project engineer which inserts will work best for you. Inserts are added prior to molding and are held in place mechanically. The part shrinkage that happens during the cooling cycle provides gripping strength around the undercuts of the inserts.

Spin welded extrusions Spin Weld attachments-

We offer a wide range of plastic spin weld attachments for post assembly.

  • Backflow preventors
  • Pressure relief values
  • Access covers
  • Petcocks
  • Bulkhead fits
Multi walled part Multiwall Parts-

Multilayers of material can be added using dump boxes during the oven cycle. An outer skin forms in the mold and a dump box holds the second layer's material that will be released after the outer skin forms. The purpose of the inner layer(s) is to add strength, insulation, foaming and/or multi-colors to meet external/internal requirements.
