   1. Your project idea is drawn with CAD software to make a 3-D model
      or we can import an existing CAD drawing
   2. A Rapid Prototype 3-D model can be produced
      
      
2. A pattern is produced out of milled high density wood, composite boards,
   epoxy resin, or other materials.
   1. After the pattern meets your approval the mold is made.
   2. Molds are made from:

      2. CNC Machined Aluminum
      3. Fabricated Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum
         
         
3. Production Requirements
   1. Parts color matched to your specfications (PMS colors possible)
   2. Wall thickness determined

   4. Sample produced for your approval
